1. Decide What You Want to Produce ,Start with 2–3 simple, scalable products 2. Find Raw Materials (Local Sourcing in Varanasi) Visit spiritual product wholesalers, small vendors & suppliers,Temple shops: ask for B2B contacts Items to source: Incense sticks, camphor, sandalwood powder, ghee wicks, cotton wicks, etc. Rudraksha/Tulsi beads (get loose, assemble yourself) Small bottles for Ganga Jal Cloth bags or small boxes for packaging 3.You can start in a room at home or rent a small 8×10 space near your shop. For Pooja Kits: Buy raw items in bulk Create kit combos: e.g., Daily Pooja Kit, Navratri Kit, Diwali Kit Pack in eco boxes or cloth potlis Add a printed card with "How to Use" or mantras For Incense/Dhoop: Buy raw agarbatti powder + sticks (or ready sticks) Dip in oils/fragrance Dry and package in 10/20-stick boxes 4. Branding + Packaging You can brand these as Divya Dravya Get:Logo printed stickers or labels, Boxes/bags Thank You cards or spiritual quote cards
