Finalize Your Product- - Choose 1–2 products to launch with (ideally ones that are lightweight, authentic, and in demand) . 1st observe or survey from supplier or stores and know the demand which product sell the more ,list it out. Example:- Pooja Samagri Kit (daily or festival-based) Rudraksha Mala / Tulsi Mala Handmade dhoop/incense Spiritual gift box (Diwali or generic) Launch monthly boxes, combos, and Diwali/Rakhi specials Visit local suppliers or temples in Varanasi. Try to get handmade or locally crafted products Buy sample quantities first 2. Branding & Packaging Brand name + logo Tagline and brand story (based on Varanasi’s heritage) (Like this:- Divya Dravya Tagline: “Pure Offerings from the Land of Gods.”) Packaging boxes or cloth bags (look spiritual/traditional) 3. Create Your Storefront Option A: Shopify Option B: WordPress + WooCommerce Like this create online platform
