understand what is it that stops them.buying from you... 1. is it credit period 2. is it the price 3. is it the quality since you have mentioned that your competitors have their own manufacturing unit. I assume that all the above reason contribute to low sales. solution. you have opportunity to go retail online with you wholesale pricing. you can work on the margin and start creating reels on Instagram. use all the ecommerce website and sell it pan India research markets in other states, cities and villages and focus on those markets where you have an advantage. set up your own shops in some cities and start selling retail with exclusive benefits like one to one free. reach out to institutions that promote salary as dress code and target them
