Hey You all remember "Kodak" which used to be the biggest brand of camera world wide? Kodak completely disappeared from the market due to it's one small but major mistake, the same mustake which lead to the creation of other brands like Lamborghini, Pagani etc In 1975 an employee at Kodak Steven Sassion presented his incredible creation to his bosses - A digital camera which doesn't need a film making everything simple and fast However unfortunately Kodak rejected the idea because at that time most of Kodak' revenue came from film sale As a result Steven approached Sony, the biggest competitor of Kodak and not only sony accepted the idea they flooded the market with this new innovation and the rest is history Learnings 1. Always embrace change because if it's not you then it's someone else 2. Respect talent, even if the idea is not worth it but talent and hardwork is always appreciated 3. Learn from other's mistake and try not to repeat them

The biggest mistake early founders make? They build for applause, not utility. Build something a few people desperately need, not something a lot of people kinda like.
