Big Players like Zepto, BB, Blinkit, Jio are offering minimum discounts on most products. If customers have the option to save 50 rupees for 500 rupees spent per day on Groceries on BIG players App then why will they consider buying from Local Retailers? If we want to make it possible, the first thing we need to do is to make retailers get the products at high margins like Big Players at less investment. For example, Big Players can Sell Maggi worth 14 rupees at 12 rupees, but Retailers themself they buy maggi at 12 rupees or even more and can't sell less than 14 rupees.
