How about a centralized master warehouse for a group of kirana stores? Currently Kirana stores are getting margins between 6 to 20% and facing issues to go online due to discounts provided by Big Players. With our approach they can get margins from 15 to 40% on most products. We will have a multivendor platform where kirana stores can register as sellers and sell their products at zero cost, if they buy from us. But Kirana stores have to invest at least 3-5Lakhs to have better margins, since logistics may come with some cost
