Nowadays, there is a controversy or there is a situation in which the small retailers are facing a big problem to compete big giants like smartpoint , Vmart, and Dmart, Vishal , etc, for example, if I want to get Maggi 10 packets, then Dmart will give me an offer, buy 10 packets of Maggi and get 2 packets for free. But in retail shops, like small retail shops, we cannot get that offer. And also there is a second situation in which the small retailers do not provide any online facility. For example, if I order some grocery items from blinkit, then I will get some bonus, I will get some gift in return. And also, it's very much like a lazy type, if I am sitting at home and I want to eat Maggi, and I don't want to go outside in these very hot summer days, then I just have to click a button in the phone and my delivery will come here.
