Recently was doing some research around retail industry how everything is saturated from manufacturing to logistics , wholesalers to retailers. Each problem arising in whole process some business or the startup is already solving, With theONDC emerging it further got saturated, retailers can now easily onboard and customers get more choices for settling a minimal price On further research from consumer side i find out how many of LMD or quick ecommerce startups evolve yet the offline shopping will be there because exploring the product checks and defects and touchpoints enhancing customer satisfaction for procuring. Now a problem which i got to know after some research that whenever we get to buy something in market we search here and there for it not knowing where it exactly can be found for eg i need to buy a blue denim jeans i dont know where can i get it which exact shop is having it? So a marketplace where shops could put their stock live and customers can see where to head ????
