that's really a game changer to implement a digital twin. I would suggest:- 1.) To implement the solution on specific disease rather than the whole body. because the amount of IOT that's needed is definitely not soo advanced yet.. look into projects like tumor analysis, cancer analysis, etc.. they basically are already trained models. 2.) to synchronise with the patient's data is really very difficult. (lot of fragmented sources to consider). as you already know. you cannot expect the patient to feed the data by him/her self. 3.) As you mentioned, the Data set. it's really very difficult to get that. you need to burn a lot of cash to do it from the ground up. (i would suggest to look into projects like Health Blocks). 4.) last but not the least. Security. compliance, regulations should be implemented from day-1. because you need to provide security for 2 entities now. the patient and his twin. I can think of these as of now, but I'll definitely update this list after giving it a thought.

for 1 and 2 , get that guy who has same ambitions and goal as you . also, no one will give 100 % untill you dilute some esops or pay him enough salary. in case you need founder cum intelligent tech guy , you can find this type of guy. also, for data problem, search on LinkedIn for those guy who working in hospitals or health companies and approach them if they are interested in sharing data or beinh employee of your company. even a peon can get you all data that you wanted. 3. Lack of funds : as you pre revenue , a lot of equity will be dilutes if you do pre seed round and you hardly get any investor. Instead have some revenue , so that VCs will be intrested.

your "twin health technology" sounds extremely ambitious but vague. This is typical of doctor-founders who understand the medical problems but underestimate the technical challenges. AI and personalized health require massive datasets, regulatory approvals, and clinical validation - not just a clever algorithm. You need a technical co-founder who has skin in the game, not just hired developers. No serious tech person will "commit fully" to someone else's vision without meaningful equity and decision-making power. Reconsider your leadership approach and be prepared to give up significant control to attract the technical talent you desperately need.

instead of launching intially at big stage, set it for a small operation where you just need to register yourself in online reach portal like website and start their service like visit one to one which help in personalized service or you can add door to door medicine service in your operation once you enter the market your valuables increase's which make the customer confident to your service. after that expanding into deferent platform and increase the business: reduce operation cost For the tech solution, recruitment drive can be possible by freshly graduate or little experience with one intern which you can easily find in different job portals.
