My startup idea got selected for the IIM BANGALORE launchpad incubation program. I need some feedback and clarity. It's a health-tech startup with ambition to solve the lack of personalised care through development of twin health technology. This will make delivering quality care efficiently to people sitting at any corner of the world. Not just that will unlock opportunities to understand human life better. I have the product framework, Go to market strategy, Revenue model and medical modelling approaches. Current Stage - Prototype under development. Some challenges I'm facing - 1. Lack of the permanent tech team( I've had to switch two times since the last developer just disappeared and the current one can't commit fully) 2. Data is everywhere but no one is open to collaborate( Still trying to manage in talks with 3 HODs of institution to help, but sadly being rejected by my own institution since most have no clue what AI is here) 3. Lack of funds ( being from the middle, and Just another underpaid junior doctor managing all through my salary! ) Well as the program gets started I'll get mentorship and other opportunities! Will be visiting Bangalore next week. But still concerned about the first one! Can manage the other two! I just want to build it indigenously before some white guy make it to market! Since a lot of giants are in this race. Guys help me figure it out.🙏
