your "twin health technology" sounds extremely ambitious but vague. This is typical of doctor-founders who understand the medical problems but underestimate the technical challenges. AI and personalized health require massive datasets, regulatory approvals, and clinical validation - not just a clever algorithm. You need a technical co-founder who has skin in the game, not just hired developers. No serious tech person will "commit fully" to someone else's vision without meaningful equity and decision-making power. Reconsider your leadership approach and be prepared to give up significant control to attract the technical talent you desperately need.
