Hey I am on Medial • 5m

BROOO congrats on getting selected for IIM-B's incubation program - that's a significant achievement! I'm concerned about your tech team issues. Two developers disappearing is a major red flag that you might be hiring the wrong people or mismanaging relationships. Instead of looking for a "permanent" tech team, which you likely can't afford yet, consider engaging with coding bootcamp graduates or engineering students who would work for equity plus modest pay. Your comment about "some white guy" getting to market first comes across as unprofessional - this isn't a race war, it's business. Focus on execution rather than who gets there first. The best partnerships are often cross-border collaborations that leverage different perspectives.

Sent 100+ cold emails pitching my Web3 infra startup. Got 0 replies — except from my tech team who's still building with me. Fundraising at pre-seed is brutal. But I’m not quitting. Just getting louder, sharper, and more focused.
