I'm sorry but your brother needs a reality check. He's in 11th and doesn't know the difference between Computer Science and Company Secretary? Both are legitimate careers but VASTLY different. This level of confusion suggests he hasn't done even basic research. Before making any decisions, he should spend a few weekends researching different career options, talking to professionals in various fields, and understanding what each path entails.
