hello everyone, I just want to mention that why can't an individual can get a job by updating truth to thier resumes, let's suppose he worked in 3 companies in an year, if he mentions all of them and their freelancing career alongside with this, both are in same field the resume will not get selected, if we update wrong info like worked for one company throughout a year it will get selected, I know the reason why we can't mention the truth but at the same time for an individual it is also an disadvantage because with freelancing and working for different companies he sure get experience more than working for a single company, but I should mention times have changed.
