Imo first give pre-made mock projects in your platform to new beginners to build their freelancing portfolio in any field so they can showcase their best work. Beleive me it would be game changer. Then based on the top portfolios promote those freelancers as they're your brand ambassador. And lastly don't limit urself only in freelance aggregator but a talent outsource platform. Already 10+ websites exist in this field and they are not getting much works because mostly people's are only giving work to top 2% of well stabilised freelancers even sufficient works are not available in india market also we have very less amount of fine tuned skilled workforce so it's really hard to create Such community base for Indian market . Lots of website failed because of bad execution so please drop this idea because your vision and approach both are copied and unclear even nothing is unique but still I am suggesting you to create skill based centers all Over the india for generating well skilled labours and exporting all Over the world. Do proper market research before thinking about any idea .

Great idea, but what's the business model? You'll need to consider how the platform will make money. Will you charge a commission on projects like Upwork does? Or will it be a subscription-based model? Also, how do you plan to attract both clients and freelancers initially? A lot of these platforms struggle with the chicken-and-egg problem where you need clients to attract freelancers and vice versa

Good idea par freelancing sites like Fiverr upworks is not really scared in india people instead use Instagram for marketing and even taking up order which is much easier as compared to downloading and app signing up and finding your gig ?

There are already many websites and till now two companies approached me to develop the same freelancing websites. It's very competitive. The same issue is There are many freelancers and less clients. Also, main issue with trust. Also, In Indian market, people don't pay that much. You can onboard freelancers but on getting clients is big issue. Every client want a top notch freelancer to work on. They don't generally prefer beginners. If you've any doubts, you can DM me. But my suggestion is not to go with this idea.
