Already 10+ websites exist in this field and they are not getting much works because mostly people's are only giving work to top 2% of well stabilised freelancers even sufficient works are not available in india market also we have very less amount of fine tuned skilled workforce so it's really hard to create Such community base for Indian market . Lots of website failed because of bad execution so please drop this idea because your vision and approach both are copied and unclear even nothing is unique but still I am suggesting you to create skill based centers all Over the india for generating well skilled labours and exporting all Over the world. Do proper market research before thinking about any idea .
