Imo first give pre-made mock projects in your platform to new beginners to build their freelancing portfolio in any field so they can showcase their best work. Beleive me it would be game changer. Then based on the top portfolios promote those freelancers as they're your brand ambassador. And lastly don't limit urself only in freelance aggregator but a talent outsource platform. All the best 👍
