This same issues were/are faced by Amazon, Myntra and other online shopping platforms too. It doesn't matter what the company does or how much it costs them, consumer wll continue to do that. Zepto ig have introduced Instant Return for such products which reduces Reverse logistics cost. but exept that, there are very less possible ways. Without a return policy, no one will be ordering and thus it's better for brand to face returns expenses than not selling the goods. one thing they can do is to do is add a no of return restrictions like only 5 per month per account. that may help
