yes, it does not matter which website it is or which platform it is. for some product or items people still prefer to buy from real market like offline market rather than online like amazon or filipkart.

Yes, a significant number of people are still hesitant to buy from unfamiliar websites due to concerns about security, reliability, and return policies because so many websites just ignore the reutns request till the 7 day or 30 day period has crossed and then you give up on the retun or refund and use whatever you received.

my father isnists on cheques and demand drafts still. Won't even use UPI thinking someone might scam him so yeah. Shopping online is beyond him.
