This role is for you if: - You donโt just handle pressure; you love the thrill of it - You are the friend whom everyone turns to for putting out fires and you fuel yourself by putting structure to mess - You want to build, not just watch as you will be working directly with me to shape OG Capitalโs strategy, operations, and growth as we build the next 100 unicorns in the coming decades But why is this role different? - You will work alongside the team who have exited unicorns like BigBasket, Lenskart, Byju's and upGrad - You will get your hands dirty in everythingโfrom deal flow to scaling startups, and even working with Shark Tank-funded companies - You will have the freedom to work remotely, but you will always be at the heart of the action This is not a 9-to-5 gig.
