Some people bring it upโ"Man, you're a CEO!"โbut those who've been through real failure know the truth: it's just an imaginary world you create for yourself. Working with first-time founders is unbelievably tough. They struggle to grasp key lessons, choosing to fail and learn rather than avoiding pitfalls altogether. There's this rush, this dopamine hit, when they call themselves CEO. They get attached to the title, but not the work. Theyโll do anything except build. Thatโs why most startups fail.
