Hey I am on Medialย โ€ขย 4m

I rarely use the CEO title unless absolutely necessary. Some people bring it upโ€”"Man, you're a CEO!"โ€”but those who've been through real failure know the truth: it's just an imaginary world you create for yourself. Working with first-time founders is unbelievably tough. They struggle to grasp key lessons, choosing to fail and learn rather than avoiding pitfalls altogether. There's this rush, this dopamine hit, when they call themselves CEO. They get attached to the title, but not the work. Theyโ€™ll do anything except build. Thatโ€™s why most startups fail. But I believe one thingโ€”if you donโ€™t give up, youโ€™ll win eventually.

Entrepreneurs donโ€™t fail because of lack of ideas. They fail because they chase too many. Every "letโ€™s just test this" stacks up until your real priorities get smothered. Focus isnโ€™t sexy. But itโ€™s undefeated.

Want to throw a open question why startup is a hype even though most startups fail/struggle badly but highly skilled freelancers/independent Professionals are not that much celebrated where they are earning well. Another social stigma ?
