Sir, Yes I do understand the business is all about risk & responsibilities.Most of the start up fails cuz they think that running a business is the same as planning a Start up idea but believe me It demands a lot of experience, expertise & knowledge. That is what we call entrepreneurship skills.You could be a master of one field but it doesn't mean you are a good Manager.🙏

I rarely use the CEO title unless absolutely necessary. Some people bring it up—"Man, you're a CEO!"—but those who've been through real failure know the truth: it's just an imaginary world you create for yourself. Working with first-time founders is unbelievably tough. They struggle to grasp key lessons, choosing to fail and learn rather than avoiding pitfalls altogether. There's this rush, this dopamine hit, when they call themselves CEO. They get attached to the title, but not the work. They’ll do anything except build. That’s why most startups fail. But I believe one thing—if you don’t give up, you’ll win eventually.

Your passion needs to outweigh your problems
