I rarely use the CEO title unless absolutely necessary. Some people bring it up—"Man, you're a CEO!"—but those who've been through real failure know the truth: it's just an imaginary world you create for yourself. Working with first-time founders is unbelievably tough. They struggle to grasp key lessons, choosing to fail and learn rather than avoiding pitfalls altogether. There's this rush, this dopamine hit, when they call themselves CEO. They get attached to the title, but not the work. They’ll do anything except build. That’s why most startups fail. But I believe one thing—if you don’t give up, you’ll win eventually.

Your passion needs to outweigh your problems

somebody who can't sacrifice, take stress, sacrifice relationships, weekends even health ( stress related even if you keep you fit), rejection it continues.... don't enter

Sir, Yes I do understand the business is all about risk & responsibilities.Most of the start up fails cuz they think that running a business is the same as planning a Start up idea but believe me It demands a lot of experience, expertise & knowledge. That is what we call entrepreneurship skills.You could be a master of one field but it doesn't mean you are a good Manager.🙏

Golden Funding Numbers attract more people to do startup until they realise the challenges of fund Sanction and profits importance

people simply say 9-5 but there are few companies where you keep working from 10 am till 11:30 pm

Some land good jobs, some build great companies All comes to 2 thing - Passion & dedication. Some lack both and get into stuffs by seeing lavish lifestyle on social media 🥲 If one has both and is happy, then they'll do wonders. " Problem isn't about startup or job which is better, Problem is people who do it, Are they better ? "

It's not about startups or job's Both have their own advantages & disadvantages. it's totally about one's interest, what you want from your life , peaceful life or struggle . Whatever consequences you will face it's because of your own decision only . So start checking your priorities and what you want from a life and then choose Start-ups or jobs .
