what are your thoughts on startup consulting services that claim to provide you loans, advice or grants?
Are they legit or scams?

most of agencies tells they provide startup fund grant (non refundable) but still not find right person who actually doing this.. agency ask minimum 20k upfront fess where u cant trust..
