stayed in an agency for very low salary of 35 k a month I delivered them amazing results but I don't want to stay there anymore with this salary ,my ask is 75k cause , apart from this full time work ,I can easily earn this money with my sales closing for other agencies when I asked this the founder said that they don't have business so providing that is hard , so I said ok ,I am renting my time to you and I think pay the same thing but I will provide the weekly deliverables they were not ready for that saying how many hours can u spend a day and I said shit , you propose something and then we concluded to half of the current working hours with eh same wage , they are not gonna get a guy like me ,understanding the whole clients and processes itself is gonna take months so minimum 5 months to geta. good guy I am going to quit in 2 months I know I am staying in my comfort zone but am I doing right
