Chintan & JVM Pharma ! Thanks a ton for your feedback. But a real human/hiring manager knows what exact type of questions are expected, how they read interviewee's mind, the behavior they expect, the resume they actually expects from an interviewee. So I think rather than AI automation, a manual interview will help candidates be get experience of more tailored & personalized interview. and everyone is doing AI based but that's just a pre written code type and candidates wouldn't feel genuineness to pay for such automated interview. If automated Ai interview they want that even CHATGPT can give them too ! What do you think about this ?
