Any solopreneur or early stage founder wants to save time while hiring? I'm building a tool where you can filter out unqualified candidates from the job post itself. Current flow 1. Post JD on some platform like Linkedin 2. Collect resumes over email or Google form 3. Read each resume and filter out candidates 4. Test or interview the selected candidates Flow with my tool 1. Post job link on some platform like Linkedin 2. Candidates give a test (automatically generated via AI based on your JD) while applying on the job link 3. You can now further test or interview genuine candidates Time taken to read a resume 5 mins. For 100 applicants -> 5 * 100 ~= 8 hrs Candidates often lie or exaggerate in their resumes.
