Apply to 100's of jobs that fits your skills and meets your work ways expectations (Hybrid/Remote). 2. Connect with employees and ask for recommendations. 3. Update your resume everytime before applying for different jobs. 4. Make sure your efforts are better than other candidates. 5. Do something special like baking a cake to stand out. 6. Prepare for a test/case study or presentation as part of the interview process. Finding a job nowadays is harder than ever.
