can someone tell me about Vada pav selling strategy in Mumbai

sell them near crowded areas, nothing else. also keep the vada hot and offer varitey of chutneys. Also instead of selling vada pav, you can sell something else too. like one restaurant in Indore named Johnny Hot Dog, sells indian version of Hot Dogs which is nothing but Burger tiki Along with pav...do the same, it would work well
