In my current project, I have set up a factory for a restaurant brand to process restaurant food products to handle their franchise chain and exporters. Frozen Sambar Frozen Medu vada Frozen Upma Frozen Idli Frozen batter Frozen Gravy Frozen Chutneys 40+ in South Indian 20+ in Punjabi 20+ items in snacks like pizza, burger patty, garlic bread, Samosa etc our range of restaurant items are being served in 50+ restaurants. our idli, vada, Sambar and chutney are being exported. I develop machines and equipment required for the production. we can develop a number of frozen combos and ready to eat meals which can be sold on BLINKIT, ZEPTO and other quick commerce and on retail store. combo box: 6 Vada + 600 gm Sambar for Rs199 cost price : 75-85 Rs combo box: 4 Idli + 2 vada + 600gm Sambar for 199 cost price : 70-75 Rs Products ready for tasting.
