What do you mean by "Shares" here, if you mean by incentivising the users for their activities that may be a good idea to explore but if you mean by actual shares of business then it will be completely illegal as SEBI and other regulatory authorities do not allow such activities. Good Luck 🤞🏻

Don't call it a share. Call it a token. You can issue tokens for more engagement. Your private currency. And let them use the currency for various spends like sending gifts, virtual gifts etc. There are a lot of apps like this.
