Also, I wanna suggest that you should charge from employers instead of freelancers.. basically freelancers should also be verified but they don't have to pay anything to get work. However, you could do best is create wallet just like Truelancer app but the job seekers don't have to pay for getting hired.

Your suggestion about the wallet system is great too! A wallet could simplify transactions, and integrating it with the escrow feature would ensure seamless and secure payments for freelancers. Freelancers will also be verified to maintain quality and trust, but this process will be free for them. Employers, on the other hand, will bear the costs for posting jobs and accessing talent.
