there are so many employers, but genuine are very less so I guess you need work on verification and definitely no agency on this platform (will be a great help for all remote work seekers or freelancers)

Also, I wanna suggest that you should charge from employers instead of freelancers.. basically freelancers should also be verified but they don't have to pay anything to get work. However, you could do best is create wallet just like Truelancer app but the job seekers don't have to pay for getting hired.

Freelancers will also be verified to maintain quality and trust, but this process will be free for them. Employers, on the other hand, will bear the costs for posting jobs and accessing talent.
