there are so many employers, but genuine are very less so I guess you need work on verification and definitely no agency on this platform (will be a great help for all remote work seekers or freelancers)

Also, I wanna suggest that you should charge from employers instead of freelancers.. basically freelancers should also be verified but they don't have to pay anything to get work. However, you could do best is create wallet just like Truelancer app b
