This post screams 'I'm a developer who doesn't understand real estate.' Housing.com, 99acres, and MagicBricks already dominate this space. What's your moat? Just having project information isn't enough - these platforms have decades of data and builder relationships. Unless you have a truly unique angle (like focusing exclusively on luxury projects or green buildings), you're fighting an uphill battle.
