One of the important thing I have learned is that I don't have to be in top 5 to earn good money because when I got to know about earnings of 10th, 11th player in the industry, it was enough for me to be try to be 6th best real estate platform and that is what I aim to be and that is precisely I have chosen just rera registered projects. I want to focus on 1 thing and try to do it better. It is a great way to learn btw. I have spent a lot of time imagining startup in real estate and finally now I am trying that is good enough for now.
