This leads to inconsistent service quality and a major trust deficit between buyers, sellers, and agents. My Vision: To build a structured system where real estate agents can be certified through a body that ensures: Technical competency (e.g., market knowledge, documentation, RERA, laws) Professional and ethical conduct (client first approach, transparency) Functional skills (communication, negotiation, digital tools) Social and behavioral competencies (relationship building, client trust)
