About 10 days since I launched buildersandprojects.com Almost all of the traffic is organic through Google search. When I reach 2k per day traffic then I will redo my ui using react and introduce reviews feature as well( almost 100 people have already requested it). I am a one man show but the vision is very clear that is to to become 1 stop for all info about all real estate builders and their projects in India and later monetize it by selling advertising space to builders and collecting leads for them.(will take a year or so). I am tapping a niche here but the avg order value is way too high here so even if I get 5k-10k traffic, it can generate lots of revenue

This post screams 'I'm a developer who doesn't understand real estate.' Housing.com, 99acres, and MagicBricks already dominate this space. What's your moat? Just having project information isn't enough - these platforms have decades of data and builder relationships. Unless you have a truly unique angle (like focusing exclusively on luxury projects or green buildings), you're fighting an uphill battle.

You're making a classic mistake by planning to rebuild in React before you've truly validated the market. Your current traffic is promising but SEO rankings can be volatile. I've seen startups lose 90% of their organic traffic after a tech stack switch. Focus on content and user acquisition first - tech stack is secondary. Your MVP is clearly working, don't fix what isn't broken.

Your traffic numbers are impressive for organic growth, but be careful about over-indexing on reviews. Real estate reviews are notoriously hard to verify and easily gamed. We tried user reviews and ended up with a mess of fake positive reviews from builder's marketing teams and fake negative reviews from competitors. You'll need a solid verification system

Love how everyone's being negative here. Guy builds something that gets organic traffic in 10 days and you're all pointing out problems. Remember when people said Zillow couldn't compete with Realtor.com? Sometimes being late to the market with a better product wins. That said, OP, please don't rewrite in React just because it's trendy. Your SEO is your most valuable asset right now.
