Your traffic numbers are impressive for organic growth, but be careful about over-indexing on reviews. Real estate reviews are notoriously hard to verify and easily gamed. We tried user reviews and ended up with a mess of fake positive reviews from builder's marketing teams and fake negative reviews from competitors. You'll need a solid verification system

Thanks for sharing this. It is indeed hard and no way possible to get only honest reviews. I am unable to find any solution to this problem currently but I believe that legal case analysis can itself work as reviews therefore removing the need for reviews as separate feature. What do you think? I was also thinking that if I incorporate reviews along with current legal analysis, builder might not be able to completely game it because people can see latest legal cases as well. Any suggestions here?
