people are not interested in many ways. tier 2 people have not been habituated to the type of consuming tier 1 had. some people will be blown away by the numbers tier1 people spend on anything at random. even if they are interested, that much capital is not present in tier2. even if they had the consumers will be less. they should just start operating in an optimistic view of the future. still QCOM is more kinda problem created by them to solve themselves. it's not a real problem for atleast tier 2
