❓Why people choose Blinkit & Zepto over Swiggy Instamart apart from marketing? *Zepto is not servicing some tier2 cities. While all products prices are relatively similar.

The real question is why do people even use these things when accessibility to everyday stuff in india is so easy. This sort of stuff is great for edge case products but last min needs, blinkit kyu advertise kar raha hai? Niche toh dukaan hai, harr gali mein ek.

It's because of the app. Blinkit is a separate app offered by Zomato. Similar case with Zepto. Swiggy is aiming to be a super app which creates friction for navigating and ordering from Instamart
