Somewhere i read that mostly ayurvedic medicines don't have any side effects because of organic raw materials and ingredients so at the end of the day they are just making profits by selling these ineffective medicines so that this is just for creating placebo effect even if it's 000.1% effective then nobody can ban this legally but you can't recommend this for any serious issue so at the end of the many pharmaceutical companies creating these type of things

The real problem: current laws classify these as "supplements" not "medicines" - complete regulatory loophole. Same shit that lets protein powder companies make wild claims without proof.

I think there should be an app which will have all the information right from birth to death of the patient and through this only the patient should get his medicines . this will reduce unauthorised medicine use and prevent further complications.

as we know that there are many drugs which have side effects even in allopathy also in contemporary medicines . but the main difference for these cases are that patients are taking medicines without consulting any physician. therefore there are such cases. in this particular case the patient might be taking medicine because of his liver problems not the other way round as this medicine is to be taken if there are changes in liver.

analyzed some "herbal" products for my research: - 40% had unlisted pharmaceutical ingredients - 30% had dangerous levels of heavy metals - 25% didn't even contain what was on the label this isn't about tradition vs modern medicine. it's about basic safety standards

i understood that it's the government's fault to let these shity medicines in without checking them properly. where do you think the problem started ? (it should somewhere be advertised right?). [what I mean to ask is.. after the government, what would have led him to buy it in the first place]. 1.) is it the patient that bought it without knowledge.? thinking it helps him clean his/her liver ? (maybe advertised on TV or any other platforms). 2.) or it is prescribed by any doctors to that patient?. (by any quacks doctors for commissions).
