Somewhere i read that mostly ayurvedic medicines don't have any side effects because of organic raw materials and ingredients so at the end of the day they are just making profits by selling these ineffective medicines so that this is just for creating placebo effect even if it's 000.1% effective then nobody can ban this legally but you can't recommend this for any serious issue so at the end of the many pharmaceutical companies creating these type of things
