I order a lot from the delivery app like zepto, blinkit, bb etc .. as a user point of view if I can see the current location of the delivery agent it is something to give me some degree of mental peace .. imagine a situation where the delivery agent suddenly rang your doorbell when you were not able to tracking his position is a major turn off for me ..

when you run the company! you have to think about business impact too. what zepto did is create a trust that no matter what I'll definitely get my order within a few mins. Most people don't keep looking at maps and they don't care so why should zepto?
