Actually, this could work IF structured correctly. Look at what Engine No. 1 did with their VOTE ETF - they made activist investing accessible to retail. The key would be finding the sweet spot between traditional PE structure and retail accessibility. Maybe consider a hybrid model with quarterly liquidity options?
