there is problem, because farmers produce in large quantities and retailers buy in small quantities,so there will be more supply there and prices will fall more then previous,and also retailer don't have sometimes money to purchase there goods then buy In credit ..so if your company pay the money to farmers first then collect from retail then it will be good

IMO, it is purely based on implementation. (need more field knowledge on how things work). and here are some problems you might face. 1.) why do you think middle men come into picture?. a.) they mostly have cold storages to maintain and for refrigeration of these items the farmers indirectly depend on these middle men. b.) retailers don't need a huge amount of stock (they need only a few). so you need to connect more retailers. 2.) the AI module which explains to farmers is good tho. but the problem is, most farmers have not adapted to smartphones. so... you can target a lesser amount of farmers. suggestions: 1.) some governments already initiated to solve this problem. (to supply cold storage facilities, dedicated space for direct retail market named "rythu bazaar". etc..)

Your biggest challenge isn't tech - it's trust. Farmers won't switch from their existing wholesale relationships unless you guarantee: 1. Payment within 24 hours 2. Transport logistics 3. Price better than mandis Can you deliver this?

I am not sure how to start and what will be the steps to get in. there are many hurdels in this thing. if you can over come it one by one it can be big one. 1. I think range of 100 km each side is too big. it means you are covering total 400 km from center. and main issue is of "Transport". so you need to find Cost to revenue model here. because i think, with this range your cost will skyrocket. My advice is, start the model with small coverage area and find the transporting hurdels of Agri products. 2. Now, you are going to deal with agri products which are perishable in nature. so, amount of wastage can go high if you do not have proper transport route, vehichle and Back end tech system. Advice: it is that, start with small range each side. Do research on how cold chain works. what you can do to partner with other hyper local marts. and mainly find and try various transportation routes, channels, and vehichle to keep your overall cost down that make you and farmer profitable. baki idea achha hai...work on that...

"AI generated video" This screams solution looking for problem. Farmers need better prices and reliable buyers, not fancy tech. Focus on solving the core problem first.

there are some issues which I think create problems 1. packaging : who will pack the items. if you give the packaging responsibility to the farmer they will not buy packing machines or gears and that's right too why would they pay. And if you put your own packaging unit in an area you need a lot of men force and area too basically a lot of investment. 2. Switch your idea to make it organic food supply. Connect to the farmer and let them grow organic crops and food for you and after that you can sell the organic food at the malls and retail shops. That works in tier 1 cities because there people don't have a good quality of food so you can charge a much higher than normal in the name of organic. Hello This might be challenging as the farmers are also the same as big manufacturers they are producing in bulk and require the bulk orders from the buyers so that they can get the handsome amount in one go. Apart from the bulk orders, they are already selling the products in retails on roadside, small mandis, etc. where they are getting the cash payment instantly. Also, introducing them to the tech and making them tech friendly will also be challenging. But yes, this is different and problem solving. May you succeed and get the best of the business.

you are having a get idea to help our farmers , but the thing is ,this idea don't fit with a business model,how will you make money and more over its need more investment to make farmer understand these things . so you need to be more practical .

My question is if you actually spoke to a farmer and travelled with them when they sell at wholesale market and what is their opinion of selling to retailers. You would actually understand the issue and get better insights.

You should look at Superplum's model. They focused on premium fruits, specific routes, and quality control first. Now expanding. That's how you build in this space - focused and narrow initially.

The AI video feature is interesting but unnecessary. Farmers trust other farmers, not AI. AgriBazaar tried something similar and pivoted because farmers wanted human demos instead.
