there are many hurdels in this thing. if you can over come it one by one it can be big one. 1. I think range of 100 km each side is too big. it means you are covering total 400 km from center. and main issue is of "Transport". so you need to find Cost to revenue model here. because i think, with this range your cost will skyrocket. My advice is, start the model with small coverage area and find the transporting hurdels of Agri products. 2. Now, you are going to deal with agri products which are perishable in nature. so, amount of wastage can go high if you do not have proper transport route, vehichle and Back end tech system. Advice: it is that, start with small range each side. Do research on how cold chain works. what you can do to partner with other hyper local marts. and mainly find and try various transportation routes, channels, and vehichle to keep your overall cost down that make you and farmer profitable. baki idea achha hai...work on that...
