IMO, it is purely based on implementation. (need more field knowledge on how things work). and here are some problems you might face. 1.) why do you think middle men come into picture?. a.) they mostly have cold storages to maintain and for refrigeration of these items the farmers indirectly depend on these middle men. b.) retailers don't need a huge amount of stock (they need only a few). so you need to connect more retailers. 2.) the AI module which explains to farmers is good tho. but the problem is, most farmers have not adapted to smartphones. so... you can target a lesser amount of farmers. suggestions: 1.) some governments already initiated to solve this problem. (to supply cold storage facilities, dedicated space for direct retail market named "rythu bazaar". etc..)
