hi, iam Swayam, chakli(karnataka south), sev(both north indians and south indian) , pakavada(mainly from Kerala south) nippettu(karnataka south) I think these snacks are mainly originated from these states above as mentioned. I think sev would be great to initiate, your business as it is common in both north and south india, after your company's growth even you can start all these other snacks and introduce to market.
