Rippling is working as the middleman between companies and employees. Most of the clients are foreign companies. Treating our talent like cheap labour maybe maybe not. Very undercooked article.
Why we don't have world leading tech company despite of producing world level engineers.
Don't say TCS is there ( It is providing cheap labour to maintain code of world companies)
