Why we don't have world leading tech company despite of producing world level engineers. Don't say TCS is there ( It is providing cheap labour to maintain code of world companies)

Your opinion on TCS is flawed. TCS & Infosys are the reason for IT revolution in India. If these two companies didn't start IT services we wouldn't have got Flipkarts & Zomatos. To answer your question, India's lack of focus on R&D is the main reason. The root of it is half baked colleges of our country

Its because we dont have a leading mindset. We have a following mindset. We dont take initiatives setting a standard. We want others to start something, analyze the initiative with fear and then copy them. We are a people governed by fear. But the nation is starting to change and evolve

I feel like after the independence the government at that time did not put emphasis on that mindset but hindered the books in order to put this slave mindset on how we were only conquered and colonized rather than the true ruler and growth mindset
