😠 CEO punishes all employees for making elderly man stand for more than 1 hour 🔥 The CEO of Noida Authority recently took a strong stand by punishing his employees for making an elderly man wait for one hour to complete some paperwork. 👴🕐 Lokesh M, the CEO, noticed a staff member sitting idle while the senior citizen stood for over an hour. 👀🪑 The senior citizen had visited the residential plot department at Sector 6 for property transfer documentation, but the staff wasn't attentive. As per Hindustan Times, Lokesh, after seeing the situation on CCTV 📹, sent a message to the staffer to resolve the issue urgently. But the delays continued, prompting Lokesh to step in personally. “ I noticed through CCTV that one of our staff members was sitting idle, while a senior citizen stood for over an hour without being attended to,” Lokesh shared. 🚶‍♂️ He took action by making the staff stand for 20 minutes while they worked! 🏃‍♂️💼 “I directed the entire staff to stand for 20 minutes while attending to visitors,” he added. Social media users have praised Lokesh for addressing employee misconduct in an office that serves around 1,000 visitors daily. 👏👏 However, others pointed out that a shift in work culture is needed. 💼🔄 What's your take on this ? Is this right or that's just a Miss use of power 😞
