35-40% margin is possible, but only if you can manage inventory well. Raw material support is a good thing—helps to maintain consistency, but beware of wastage. Fresh kulchas mean you need to make only as many as will sell, or you'll be looking at losses pretty quick

"Street food? You gotta be ready to deal with cutthroat competition, especially if some nearby uncle has been selling kulchas for 20 years. You have to stand out, either by taste, hygiene, or sheer branding. Your LED board is a good start, but social media will be key. Post mouthwatering videos and run some small local ads

Bro, kulchas are all about location. If you set this up near a college, office hub, or a mall, you might just kill it. Street food relies on footfall, especially if you're investing 3 lakhs. The 35-40% profit margin sounds good, but expect lower during the initial months until you get a loyal customer base.
